Since 2001, Culver Architects Inc. has been offering “cleared art” architectural models and other props for film, T.V., commercial and movie spots. Most of our models are real-world study models used for client presentations for real projects. 

Unlike prop houses that have models that look like they belong on a model train set, our models are what architects actually use in their offices. The models are intentionally abstract, suggestive of forms but not materials. If you are trying to make an authentic set and have your character be believable, you will be further ahead with these models.

We do not make models to order, we do not have a showroom where you can see the models in person. We are not a prop house, we are an architecture office. We do list all dimensions and materials of the models that we have available. 

Our weekly rates for our models are approximately $150 to $800 per model, depending on size and complexity. If you look at what model shops rent by the day and what we rent by the week, it is clear that we are more than reasonably priced.
